I have allergy sneezing for a long time.I used to take cetrizine on and off.but nowadays I m having this problem almost every day.im taking cetrizine or montek lc almost every day.what to do.

Levocet is okay for symptomatic relief but montelukast shouldn't be used frequently. Get S igE levels and start steroid nasal spray for atleast 3 months..once we isolate allergen nasowash and other methods can be started to control the symptoms
Get skin prick allergy test done for proper identification of allergens. Can then start oral vaccines based on the result for permanent treatment. Other alternative is to take antiallergic tablets and sprays whole life

The first step is always tablets like cetrizine . So again taking tablets again may not help much .
So the now you can do a blood test - S IgE , AEC and kindly consult .
