Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a lot of hairs inside my nostrils. It's gives a bad look and is also very itchy inside. I want to remove it to have a clean look. Is laser hair removal possible inside nose ? How can I get it removed? It's very problematic.

I am taking treatment and pain was not there but suddenly pain is started ear swollen and pulsing sound coming from ear what should I do

There is a small lump inside my neck just under the right ear. It is not visible from outside but can be felt with fingers. I got a throat USG done but no such lump was visible. It's completely painless and causes no disturbance. I completed 7 days course of antibiotics. Is it ok to leave it like that or do I need to do something?

I have pain behind the ear lobe .. ENT doctor examined and said there is no ear infection and gave painkiller but still the pain is not gone.. I'm getting pain in teeth where Root canal was done last year.. could that be related to toothache or any other issue.. muscle behind ear lobe besides neck is bit hard compared to other side when touched.. the pain is not very intense but keeps coming on and off.. any tests or specialists to be consulted??

I am writing to seek your advice regarding a recurring issue I’ve been experiencing with mouth ulcers. The ulcers usually occur on the tongue, and inside of my cheeks, and they are very painful, making it difficult to eat or drink. I have tried taking Riboflavin tablets but it didn't work. These ulcers are impacting my daily life and my ability to eat properly, and I am concerned about my nutrition and overall health. Could we discuss possible causes and effective treatments for these ulcers at your earliest convenience? I appreciate your help with this matter.

Hello Doctor, I have vertigo symptoms. I feel like my head is spinning/dizzy and sometimes some numbness in jaws. I had costochondritis and ruled out cardiac problems with all diagnoses like ECG, Echo, TMT and CT angiogram. All tests were normal. But  I don't know whether it's vertigo or not. All these started when I donated my blood last time in Aug 2023. My head feels like heavy/spinning and my balance will get affected by that time. For the last one month I'm feeling more so Visited GP and he prescribed vertin 8mg for 7days. But no improvement. Please help me ( I work with a computer for long hours and I had sleep disturbances from last July 2023 as I have a baby girl)
