Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My wife is complaining that while swallowing something she feels like a fish bone is stuck on right side of throat, but with no pain no other symptoms, so we consult a local doctor here he prescribe laryngoscopy, now he is saying that it need operation is it something serious pls tell. He has advised gargle with betadine and cefuroxime axetil 250 twice daily for 10 days. And says come for surgery but my wife doesn't have any problem like sore throat no pain at all only slight stuck feeling.

I have ear blockage and throat pain since 2 days . Today my left ear is paining quite a bit . Please suggest a home remedy or a pain killer and how to get well soon . Thanks in advance .

Since last week, I am having vibration corresponding to external sound like closing a door or something in my left ear. 1. Only happens in closed room (I haven't noticed outside my own room) 2. Doesn't happen if I play loud music, only with certain sudden sound and position. 3. No pain 4. Even does not happen in trian or anywhere. Just in one room.

How safe is the surgery of removing a benign tumor from submandibular gland? Should one keep it as it? If surgery is an option they don't want to opt.

I had suffered acute sinusitis two months ago .in recent 25 days back accidentaly I found two back to back  painless moveable bean seed like swollen lymph node on my scm neck .i visited a ENT he prescribed some antibiotics for 10 days and antidandruff shampoo for a month.now antibiotics course complete for 3 days . initially the size of lymph node is upper one is like bean and lower one is like pea after the antibiotics upper one size is lemon seed and lower one size is rice but it's not completely gone . it's have been a month.i read it in Google if the lymph node stay swollen for 3week or more then it's might be lymphoma... my life is feel like hell now can't focus in anything...am I going to die ?

My left nose is daily blocked at night during sleep . Can I sleep deep with left nasal blocked. Plz help me .

I am having cough and throat itchiness since a week. Tried taking basic medicines and now the cough is very constant. Getting mostly dry cough but with lil mucus in morning. Did a blood test and crp is 17.21 and esr is 29. having a tiny white deposit on my tonsil. Have not taken any antibiotics yet.
