Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My wife from last few days she is complaining that something is stuck in her throat, she always Feels that something like peel is stuck which irritates her more. From several days she is taking antibiotics cefuroxime 200 and betadine gargle 3 to 4 times but same feeling NO change. In laryngoscopy report its says chronic tonsillitis required operation is really operation needed I am worried pls tell.

Earlier when I used to take flights i used to experience a lot of blocking in my ears and pain. I got tested in September 2023 and got vestibular migraine which went upto January this year the issue was recurring and on a daily basis I used to feel vertigo, ear pressure, pain and headaches and even eye sight was bad, temples used to be very tight and there was palpitations From January this year it got better. I have to travel by air from Delhi to Mumbai day after tomorrow. however I’m scared that I’ll again feel all of that because sometimes I still feel the disbalanced feeling in walking and ear pains as well and I feel my ear tubes are blocked so I feel ill again feel palpitations and disbalanced and spinning. I feel I will again get that air pressure and I feel anxious with the thought of it.

Had subtotal inferior turbinoplasty in 2019. Have a problem of allergic rhinitis. Always nose and ears itching. Don't have sneezing and blocked nostril only on right side . Using montair FX at bedtime and free air nasal spray 2 puffs twice daily. Will this help to open my night nostril. Pls suggest.

Throat sore from 3 weeks getting worse day by day . Throat irritate while breathing feeling like something stuck in throat . I have acidic reflux before 3 months .past 2 month before throat sore i was fine and good. visit hospital to general practitioner they said control food. Kindly advise .

6 year old son has frequent Nosebleeds, it started when he was 18 months old, at first it occurred rarely but the frequency increased later on, he would have Nosebleed once a month, recently it occurs more often, sometimes it happens when he is sleeping ( not because of nose picking) he doesn't have cold at the time , it occurs randomly , sometimes it is a few drops, but sometimes he has a bit of heavy bleeding, we have shown him to ,2 ENT surgeon, they said it was not concerning and told us to apply neosprin, is this normal? plz advise
