Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi , My 7 months son has an ear infection from last 5-7 days and we are not in India , here doctor just gave paracetamol to tackle the pain and told us it will recover by itself . Yesterday, there was a fluid coming out of ear and he is scratching his ear, we called doctor and he said no need to worry antibiotics are not required The fluid is good sign that his pressure is released and it's improving within few days he will fine. PS - he has no fever, it was last week for 3 days and we just gave paracetamol. Also, while scratching the ear he is not crying just little crancky for few seconds and again smiling, playing.

Chronic nasal congestion lasting for more than two months has been troubling me, especially worsening at night. Despite using saline nasal spray, there's been no relief. Additionally, mucus production continues regularly. Could you suggest effective remedies?

Hello sir/ mam I am feeling little pain and discomfort in my throat from past 1 month. However no problem in chewing and swallowing, but Feels like a stiffness in throat near my Adams Apple. On prescription of ENT doctor I took, Antibiotics, Digene and Betadine Gargles for 1 week. But got No relief. However Aceclofenac / NSAIDs are giving relief for temporary basis. Pls advise

Hai i faced ssnhl in right ear onMarch 8, 2024 with vertigo, I lost almost full hearing but I started taking treatment immediately, took steroid tablets and one steriod injection to my middle inner ear, after one week my hearing came fully, but after that I faced vertigo fully tired can't do my daily work and tinnitus problem also. Doctor gave me cognivel tablet( which contains gingko biloba extract) each one day  I took almost 2 and half months, I feel my tinnitus is reduced in volume. how long I need to take when it ll cure, I saw some comments its not curable, any tinnitus  success people is there please give me hope. I feel some improvement I need good doctor In Bangalore to treat my problem

My nasal septum is deviated to left. Ent dr suggested for septoplasty. My ecg is report is abnormal. Therefore Ent dr says septoplasty be done under local anaesthesia. Is it possible to operate deviated septum of bony part under local anaesthesia.

Hi doctor I'm 34 male recently I had test done for thyriod t3 t4 normal tsh is 21 I'm taking thyronorm 50 my height is 5.7 and weight is around 68 I look thin my hands legs are very thin for my age how can I gain more muscle ... because i feel im loosing muscle and my bones hurts alot lifting small weight my vitamin is 30 so I'm taking vitamin capsule 60000 iu each for a week kindly help me with gaining muscle can I lift weights going to gym and my nearby doctor told my absorption is not good whatever I eat is not absorbing so how to improve this please help

I found a worm in my ear just now. After looking it up on Google it turned out to be an earworm. I am freaked out and disgusted. I have been feeling a tingling sensation in my ear since a few months but never but never gave it much thought. I do not use Q-tip to clean as I have heard it further pushes the ear wax in. I just clean it with my towel.  How is this possible? Can it be due to excess use of earphones? What measures can be taken to prevent this? Can there be more worms inside?

My ear got like this swelling alot and i am not able to figure out how it went like this please tell what could be the reason of this? Please help me for the same Thank youu
