Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

What is the reason behind I have sore throat every morning even in summer morning also. But it will automatic gone after 15-20 min after wake up. Please suggest. But sometime I use mouth wash in night sometime it work and sometimes it doesn't not work. Please also suggest mouth wash I used to drink is harmful.

I have problem of stammering since childhood I am stuttering and stammering and problem in pronounce of L and R. I am feeling very uncomfortable while talking with strangers what should I do.

I have pain in  circled region ( refer attached pic). I have no cold or nose block now. Had throat infections 2 days back but  I am having pain in nose bridge. Have deviated nasal septum.. can this be still sinus pressure without cold or nose block?

I accidentally swallowed a small piece of metal and it got stuck in my throat, after few months i felt pain in my throat while drinking as well as while eating so kindly suggest me a cure for it ..

Hi , I have no ear infection but my ear was blocked since last 4 days. And I have no cold now, I had mild cold only first 2 days. How do I unplug my ear ( have mild ear pain)? Please suggest some ear drops.

Dear sir/madam, Two days before i was scratching my ear with thin stick like match stick ,since then there is mild pain in my that ear. Please help me. I have not taken any medicine till now.

Doctor l am having swollen lymph nodes since last 5 months. In December i had done a usg neck and it revealed three swollen lymph nodes . One was 7 mm , 9mm and the big one was 12mm . Doctor today again I have done a USG and the size of two smal lymph nodes have decreased and it's now 6mm and 5 mm but the big one is still the same 12mm . It hasn't decreased nor increased.. it has remained the same . I dont have any symptoms nor any pain in the lymph node in neck. Doctor is there anything to worry about?

From past 3 weeks I'm suffering from heavy cough and vomiting continuosly i have taken medicine also but i didn't get rid of this need medicine to cure and doctor advice also needed.
