Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have had these nodes for 6 years.I had 2 nodes in my neck and one node near my jaw.8 months ago I had swelling and pain in my neck nodes but after 2 days it went away on its own.Now when I touch the nodes in my neck, they feel very light, which means it feels like nothing is there.but today i have swelling and little bit pain in nodes in jaw side when i touch its moveable and feel like rock .. i am little bit worried about that ...

I have nodes 5 year is going on there is no problem but today node on my jaw is little bit swelling and when I touch there is little bit pain ..it is movable but feel like rock please tell me there is smothing serious..I am so upset..

Unable to breath eat and sleep properly from  last 3 months. Mucus coming out sometime..Feel dryness in  mouth.

Nasoclear saline spray fails to unblock my nose. Flomist nasal spray also failed to unblock my nose. Can I use otrivin on alternate day means after 24 hours ?

Hi sir last time my ent prescribed amox 625 I was having pharangytis after taking five days course still I was not well after that he changed the antibiotic zifi cv 200 And again I got pharangytis this month local doctor prescribed Azithromycin 500 Again i consult ent dr said Azithromycin will not work proper for pharangytis I am confused what to do Which one is better antibiotics For pharangytis tonsil Amox cv zifi cv 200 Azithromycin 500 Plz help me with ur valuable answer thanks

My mother  has consulted  doctors, they said there maybe is less production of saliva and some told that they don't know. My mother's  lips start sticking to the gums, which causes wounds, itching and burning.

Symptoms are as follows Catching frequent cold since 1.5 years Leg pain, feeling like feverish No nose bloackage No snoring at all. I consult with 2 ENT DR... FIRST DR says that there is mild DNS no polypos, so... If there is no bloackage or breathing problem. Then no need of surgery.? 2 nd dr says that...there is also nasal poloyps in both nose.. They recommended for nasal polops surgery. She also said that...you should be breathing problem as per report...but i said her that...i have no nose bloackage at all or no breathing problem.. Please advise me which dr is correct as per report attach.. Is there any nasal polopys in nasal as per CT REPORTS ATTACHED..

Yesterday there was a celebration at my Centre and A dj Came...I Sat Too close to it,even danced too much and shouted...later after 1 hours when the program stooped I was not able to listen anything properly and a constant buzzing found came in my ear.people suggested me that it will be okay after a night but still after 18 hours I am not able able to hear clearly and the buzzing sound is still coming?what should I do?
