Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello Doctor, I have vertigo symptoms. I feel like my head is spinning/dizzy and sometimes some numbness in jaws. I had costochondritis and ruled out cardiac problems with all diagnoses like ECG, Echo, TMT and CT angiogram. All tests were normal. But  I don't know whether it's vertigo or not. All these started when I donated my blood last time in Aug 2023. My head feels like heavy/spinning and my balance will get affected by that time. For the last one month I'm feeling more so Visited GP and he prescribed vertin 8mg for 7days. But no improvement. Please help me ( I work with a computer for long hours and I had sleep disturbances from last July 2023 as I have a baby girl)

Cough coming alot has increased weakness, no relief from numelizer conducted chest xray but nothing detected.

Yesterday, it was raining and I had to go out in the rain to lock the gates since rain was not stopping. There is open sewage next toy house. I wore as mask but still I could feel the droplets and drizzles on my face. I came indoors and kept trying to blow my nose to expel any water that may have gone in my nostrils. While wiping my face I pressed my nostrils for like 1-2 seconds but on releasing them, I felt my left nostril wet from inside. Can pressing nostrils briefly and releasing cause air to be sucked in and any infected water to go up far on nose or to the brain to cause am infection or can some droplets or drizzles falling in nostril go up the brain while breathing normally? My humble apologies for asking but these thoughts worry me and only way to stop them is to get the knowledge about it. I had consulted many doctors too but they say it's very rare. I sometimes feel I was so happy and careless when I hadn't read about this infection.

I was on the road when a few droplets of water from the roadside came into my nostrils. I blew my nose to try to expel any drops. After half an hour I felt acidity on reaching home and took ENO. While drinking ENO, I felt the effervescence and gas going in my nose too. Now I am very worried that can the effervescence and gas from the ENO cause any N Fowleri amoeba present in my nostrils from the roadside water to go up the brain and cause infection? I am sorry I ask about this too much but thanks to you I am overcoming my fear gradually. I am only so worried because I read such infection is mostly fatal even after treatment initiation. Can infection occur this way?

I catch cough and cold often. My nose and pharynx become too dry during cold, but it cures on its own. Since such cough and cold creates a lot of disturbance I want to remove my tonsils and adenoids. Can I get the surgery done to get rid of such problems or is it done only under circumstances??

Three months I m facing tinnitus problem I m taking cognivel tablet one per day for tinnitus, little bit improvement is there, this is enough or I need to take tinnicar tablet also? Please tell me the correct dosage for recovery

Feeling Eustachian Tube Dysfunction and ear fullness as well as ear block , need medication to solve this issue .

Very frequently having cold and sneezing Inspite of not having cold water or anything cold kindly advice

My general physicion has advised fluticone ox nasal spray for blocked noses. Can I use it for longer period of time ? Is it safe to use ?
