Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I drank a glass of water at friends house and sat for like 2 minutes. While drinking a few droplets of water came on my moustache and in my lower nostrils. I wiped my mouth but when I was breathing normally I felt some tiny drops in my nose. I blew my nose slowly twice. Then lied down to sleep but then panic came to me that what have I done. I was lying on a pillow with my head tilted a bit downwards. Can any water that may have been inhaled go to the olfactory nerves and cause infection of N Fowleri when I lied down. I feel like an idiot doing that. Please advise. Can  lying down  put me at risk as water may possibly reach nasal passages on lying down?

Dear Doctor Today when a woke up I was not able to properly hear anything from my right ear,I tried opening my ear by putting pressure on it through my mouth even I massaged it and used some sticks to clean it but still it feels like it's completely blocked.please tell me what to do,

My right ear is plugged from last 2 days. First I thought it to be very normal, and thought that it will get fine on its own. But now I am not able to hear properly from that ear. I have done valsalva maneuver but it is also not helping. Kindly suggest something.

Actually 1 year ago removed wisdom tooth. unfortunately right side jaw causing more pressure during cold and ear ache and headache. servere cold that time jaw is causing more discomfort and pressure on ear region. for cold I am using nasal spray momoflow. could not able open mouth flexible. tightness around jaw muscles. almost I have consult too much of dental and ent surgeon in personal. just they are prescribed soft diet and warm compress. right side head shaking tremors. due to stress

Doctor prescribed 5ml of Montair FX syrup at night for my son. I gave one dosage at 9 30 pm and by oversight I gave another 5 ml in the morning by 11 am This happened only once. Does this cause excessive dosage and any problems? He is fine though.

I am suffering from continuous pain in my throat, almost every one and half month I need to visit a doctor or in a medical shop to get some medicine. Usually doctors give some Amoxicillin or other antibiotics, betadine gargles and some other medicines but the problem is after taking this medicine get cured within 2 or 3 days then again I fell ill due to this and it's happening almost since 1 and half year or maybe more. I observed that there are yellow colour stuff formation on my tonsils I thought they are tonsils stone but doctor said they are just leftover food formation and I should just gargle daily. From my side I always gargle with salt water before going to sleep in my daily routine and if I don't feel well I do it with betadine. I got very frustrated with all of this that I decided to remove this yellow stone like thing with my finger, and after some time I bought one stainless steel tool to remove it, it somehow works.but problem is still there just it's now 2 and half month

Iam not able to breathe properly.Iam feeling very low energy without air.. Even if I try to breathe air from nose the air is not coming out of ears.what should I do..
