Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Im suffering from geographical tongue and white tongue from more than 2 years. Even after using neurobion forte for more than 4 months, it is not cured. Kindly suggest me how can I get rid of this. I have consulted both ENT and Dentist, but I don't see any results. Please help me which medicine can help me. Thanks in

My mother has parotitis in her left side, for which medication is going on but her 'CRP levels are 100' . When does CRP level go very high and when does it come down?? Also is there any underlying condition that I should be aware of

Due to middle ear fluid build up , ENT doctor prescribed Almox cv 625 , but after taking a single dose , feels throat discomfort, severe sweating and itching all my body, and create allergy to this medicine . Please suggest alternate to almox cv 625 for fluid build in middle ear , currently taking montina L tablet too.

I feel like head movements and some head pressure. I'm not sure if this is related to inner ear infection. I have normal blood pressure and no fever. Cannot focus on moving objects. But my heamoglobin is 9 and vitamin b12 is 181. Not sure, if this is causing head pressure. Please let me know. Thank you.

My wife US showed thyroid nodule measuring 3x2.3x2.7cm , but fnac suggested colloid. Repeat scan now after 6month shows mild interval increase measuring 3.1x2.5x3.4 cm along with few new small colloid nodules in right lobe largest measuring 3.9x3.9mm. She don't have any discomfort or symptoms. Her TSH also normal. Is surgery or RFA needed now?

Hello, My sister has been diagnosed with medium.to severe deafness in both ears since she was 5 years old. She had used hearing aids before and has some minute benefits. I had learnt about cochlear implants. I have attached her audiometry and BERA reports. Please can you guide us if the cochlear implants will make much of a difference. If not , then please guide about the hearing aids and it's settings to be used as the older one is not working properly. Waiting patiently. Regards

Sir, I am from Assam. My 6.5 year old son is having ear wax frequently . I have visited ent for clearing the wax 7 months back,  but now his ear are again itching I have given him soliwax drops. I want to ask you can I clear the wax by syringe at home, as the ent have done last time. Or should I take him to the ENT again. Regards.

I had mumps last year in August. I got better after taking medicines. But after my recovery I have begun to notice that I feel some reaction in my salivary glands when I eat something sour. It's not painful but I feel something strange. I also want to mention that I had an impacted wisdom tooth. It was also broken. That tooth used to get infected very often causing a lot of pain. Recently the tooth has been extracted. Earlier I felt the reaction in the glands could be because of the tooth. But this reaction to eating sour things continues even after the wisdom tooth is removed. The tooth was extracted about 15 days ago. Please help.

I have been suffering from pain in front of my ear and jaw for the last 8 days. It becomes difficult for me to open my mouth for the first few times then after the pain is reduced.
