Recently I have taken impedance audiomentry , and following are the result, Both ears Ad type ECV large Positive pressure peak Acoustic reflex not present , Please specify what actually mentioned above , is middle ear Okey??? Or any fluid build up in it , and also any block in Eustachian tube ??? Currently facing hearing loss on both the ears and using HA

Without having any vertigo effect , can we have betahistine tablet for earfullness and also help to cure tinnitus in such a case, please advice which betahistine tablet can be used and duration of time to take them

I was going to market when it started to rain, to take shelter I entered a parking lot in basement of a nearby hospital. My mask was wet so I took it off and also the helmet, just then I realised that there was a grill in the basement and I could hear noise of water gushing in the drainage beneath the grill. It was windy and basement was only half covered so as soon as I took off my mask I had droplets of drizzles on my face and in my nose. I got very scared that accidently the water from the drain might have also gone in my nose and I was breathing it on wearing the mask again. It wasn't raining very heavily but drizzling. Can droplets from drain flying in the air, or splashing in nose due to winds cause N Fowleri infection if we breathe in accidently or inhale? I didn't inhale aggressively like when we do Yoga or exercise, I just breathed normally or a bit more when wearing the mask again.

If water droplets from drain or sewage splashes in the nose due to heavy winds or along with rain when they fall and rebound from the open drains can one get N Fowleri infection while inhaling or breathing in the same? Here most drains are uncovered and during heavy rains and winds the water from them either rebounds or due to heavy winds it flies in air like drizzles or water droplets. I am very anxious since I came to know of this rare infection.
