My mother Rubina Malik has been suffering from ear pain since 3 days. She is 54 years old Her weight is 56 Her height is 5.2 She is a diabetic patient She is taking dietary consultation from dietician to control her blood sugar via healthy eating. Hi, I am facing some kind of blockage in my left ear and when i hear any sound it seems that it is Not coming cleraly, i showed to ent specialist and she gave some medicine lile quicknac, pcare dsr,desthama 30mg and one nasal spray, she told if fluid does not come out there needs to be some small surgery to take the fluid out. Surprisingly i didn't have any cold or fever or dont remember blowing out my nouse harshly which may have been the cause of my nasal fluid going into ears. Any suggestions please?

I used the ear cleaning buds bit harshly due to which my left ear is swollen and paining a lot right now. I m taking few medicines but it's hurting more in the night so what should I do to reduce the swelling and pain. Medicines I am taking right now are Augmentin, Enzoflam and Citrizine along with an ear drop. What should I do to reduce the swelling and cure it soon and I can't sleep as well

Dear Doctor, Can we right away take a blood test or urine test before even consulting any Doctor if the fever persists for more than one day and go ( consult) to the doctor along with the lab test report. Just in case of Nipah virus, Dengue, malaria or Covid just about anything... The advice required ...is before going to the doctor ,  have the lab tests report ready to give it to the doctor for review.

Hello doctor , suddenly for last 2weeks i am feeling something is stuck in my throat and chest , i have no symtoms of acid reflux and heartburn, 6 months back i was diagnosed with h pylori and duodenal ulcer though it got cured my doctor recommended to continue pantodac 80 for 6 months . So i am still continuing it , but this feeling of something stuck in my throat and chest is very frightening . I have no problem in taking food. Please suggest what to do

I had a bad episode of sinusitis with recurring allergies. Had two doses of antibiotics still no relief. Doctor asked for CT scan with following remarks REMARKS: * Soft Tissue Attenuations In Left Frontal, Bilateral Ethmoid And Right Maxillary Sinuses - *Chronic Rhinosinusitis. *Obliteration Of Bilateral Ostiomeatal Openings. *Mucosal Thickening Of Left Maxillary And Sphenoid Sinuses. *Mildly Deviated Nasal Septum. He advised FESS with septum correction. Also prescribed omnacortil Surgery, steroid or should I get a second opinion.
