Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My right ear has been extremely swollen for the past 2 days (near the cartilage) and hurts a lot, it's also really red. I think it might be because of my ear piercing (rook) but nothing has happened recently to disturb it.

I have lump on plato phrangeal arch for four months it is cancer or not .please help me I do . What it is

I am 43 years old and having problem of post nasal drip since last 7 years and not able to breath properly through nose it feels like something is stuck in throat. Iam unable to recognise that that this PND is due to allergy or sinuses.  What medicine should I take.

Hello doctor, I am suffering from allergic Rhinitis since past 10 years. I usually manage well using nasonex spray and monlac lc whenever Rhinitis flares up. This time inspite of using the spray and montac lc, whenever I blow out my nose.. I'm getting mucus along with lot of blood. This is happening since past 3 4  days. Kindly suggest what can be done Thanks

Hi Doctor, I gargled with 10% betadine and accidentally consumed about 5-10ml of it. My throat was already burning before it so cant say it is more or not now. I had a very yellow colored urine once only. No other symptom or reaction. Any harm that could happen to me or any precaution to take please let me know?

It had rained and my toothbrush felt a bit wet maybe from the raindrops rebounding on it from water falling in the courtyard. So I washed it with RO water, wiped it with cloth and in my stupidity tried to dry it by keeping near an hot electric iron 2-3 inches apart for like 10 minutes or so sometimes holding the bristles like 1 inch apart. I brushed my teeth with toothpaste only and after spitting the mixture out, blew my nose mildly. But after half an hour, I felt something in my nose, I forgot I brushed half an hour ago and blew my nose vigorously & I sensed a strong taste of toothpaste in my mouth. Now, I am very very scared that why did I try to dry my brush with iron as if any N Fowleri was present, it wouldn't be killed drying this way. If during brushing, can the N Fowleri present in the brush reach the upper part of nose or my brain? Or while blowing my nose mildly and after half an hour vigorously make the N Fowleri in mouth reach the brain?

Dear Doctor, I am having a weird sensation of room is tilting or spinning especially when I am in sleeping position or I bend over forward. I am alright when I am sitting still. I can drive, walk, cycle. No issues with that till now. Sometimes I feel like standing in lift when walking (sinking down). But above symptoms are not 24/7. They sometimes come and go Please help. I am 29 Years, otherwise healthy male. Regards
