Adenoid 4 year kid
My 4 year kid have grade 4 adenoid, and he is using mouth to breath, what challenges can come, my doctor suggested to have metaspay and solspre nasal spray kindly suggest

Steroid nasal spray works great in adenoids. Please use it for three months continuously at a stretch. If no improvement of symptoms, get a re-evaluation done. Might need surgery if not improving with steroid sprays.

You can attempt conservative line of treatment(intranasal corticosteroid sprays) till his 5th birthday. If it does not regress by then, please have him undergo Coblation assisted Adenoidectomy under GA.

Practice him breathing exercises.. Most of the case it regresses spontaneously
