Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi I have been diagnosed with CSOM, and the doctor suggested surgery. How do I decide where and when to do this surgery?

My hubby is 38 years old. Two days back, He felt a sudden sense at the back of his head followed by light dizziness.Then sweats a lot and vomited. He felt dizziness if he moves his head. He felt better after vomiting. He went to the hospital and his BP was normal. Doctor said that everything looks fine and it may be due to acidity and gas problems. Today he consulted another Doctor and she said that he is having vertigo problem and suggested a tablet.Also said that if it continues we can go for test. Vertigo makes a person sweats than usual, now also he feels dizziness when he shakes his head. Yet to take the tests. Any Remedy for this?

A throat pain which lasts for long time  So what kind injection can relieve throat pain for six months or even more . When antibiotics can not relieve this kind throat pain

I have allergic rhinitis but it's been a while since i completed my dose of medicine, so i'm not using my medicines anymore. Now when i go to bed and wake the next morning as soon i am out of bed or as soon as i sit straight i have alot of mucus? Coming out of nose so every morning i sneeze to clean my nose so that i can breathe freely because i have tiny nose holes compared to others just like that when i sneezed after waking up today i don't know if I sneezed too hard something in my ear felt open and now it hurts not a lot but it's kinda hurting so I'm worried did I accidentally burst my ear drum? Please help me.

I have allergy sneezing for a long time.I used to take cetrizine on and off.but nowadays I m having this problem almost every day.im taking cetrizine or montek lc almost every day.what to do.

I chew pan masala i have visited top most ent doctor in my area almost 10 times he has given me different medicines i cant stop eating panmasala now i am having ulcer and cuts on side cheek near wisdom teeth and on tongue also now i gonna stop eating panmasala and is it serious pls evalute i am attaching pics with circle on it i have dologel is it gonna help can i apply that Thanks.

3 year old son has adenoid swollen, grade 3 as mentioned my Pediatricians. No complaints from him as such. He is on steroid nasal spray for 2 months. What's the other option than surgery? Does it get better with age.

From last 2 month cervical node swelling, no symptoms.. Crp-21, CBC - absolute lymphosite 49percent, USG of neck-bialetral juglo-digastic lymphodamepathy, fnac -reactive lymphodedaitis.. Is this serious problem plz help
