Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello. I am attaching pic right side tonsil not curing since many months. Only one side swelling is there. Not many symptoms. Some times feel like breathing issue and headache. Please review it.

I am having pain in my throat while swallowing anything and feel like some skin tag inside my mouth near tonsils. PFA IMAGES FOR REFERENCE. Please suggest as I am tensed about the situation.

Sir i am suffering from 1-2 years sore throat when i take azithromycin 500  2-3 days i get relief white yellow patches will be disappeared after 1 months again started Just white patches no pain no fever please let me know what should i do i am smoker 2-3 cigarette daily

How to cure tonsil stone in Throat what should be precautionary measure to be taken to cure it as soon as possible

I came from morning shift and was brushing my teeth but while rinsing with water when I spit out the water in basin today, quite a lot of water bounced back in my nose as I guess I spat out by near the floor of basin. What are the chances that the water can go up deep into the nasal passages like to the sinuses or the olfactory nerves? Can I get N Fowleri infection like this?

I had experienced this after chewing fennel seeds two weeks ago but the pinching feeling had been on and off .. mostly off but resurfaced today without eating anything and I think the old one might be stuck or might have made a wound. Pls suggest.

For the last 3 days I have a ringing in my left ear.. Its very irritating. I also have stuffy nosr, not sure if these are related. Please suggest some quick remedy for ringing ear. I dont hv any pain or ear heaviness.

Hello This is for my 9 yo son. Doctor has suggested Montelukast LC kid and also Xylomist nasal drops. However, the nearest pharmacies dont have Xylomist and they have Orinase oxy pediatric nasal spray. I'm unable to reach the usual Doctor to check. Is this substitute Orinase OXy spray OK to be taken along with a Montek LC kid?

My father has had nasal blockage for a long time.Doctor recently examined and said that he has deviated nasal septum.My father is a cardiac patient who went through angioplasty 2 years ago.He did have TVCAD.But my father didn't mention his cardiac issues while visiting ENT doctor and the doctor advised him flomist spray and nasal endoscopy.What should he do now?

I got vertigo attack 2days ago and head is spinning along with headache. my flat is on 4th floor without lift so i can't go to doctors place. I do have vertin 8 and vertizac with me. shall I take these medicines? as headache is a side effect. also taking tryptomer 10mg for sleep disorder
