Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hii I have small white spots on right side of the tounge from more then 1 year no other symptoms. I went to some doctor and they said it is normal. Please check and reply is it normal. I don't have any habit.

My father is having throat hoarseness from 20 days. We have consulted ENT and they did a throat endoscopy. Confirmed that it is throat polyp and there are no medicines and needs to be removed by surgery(laser).. I'd like to know if there are any medicines that we can try without going for surgery and also if there are any precautions my dad can take to nake sure polyp is not growing. And can we be sure that this is not cancerous( doctor said it's not).. Attached is the report. Please suggest.

My mother has problem of dysphagia Whenever he eats food he is coughing Choking then after sometime he gets normal I visit. Gestrologist he had done endoscopy Then he say its normal stomach esophagus No abnormalities detected But say she has weakness. Muscles So y. Choking dysphagia. Occurs Plzz help me

My lips get black even I don't smoke but how can I heal my lips and some of my told me to drink more and more water but this is not working help me.

Hello, I got accidentally hit in nose by someone's elbow today and it started paining a lot because it was a sudden hit. I panicked because in 2021 after recovering from COVID I developed some sinus issues and got my CT scan of nose done. In that CT SCAN it was found that I had slightly deviated septum but my nasal passages were clear so my ENT specialist said nothing to worry about Now it got hit all of a sudden with a big jerk that it's been past 40-45 minutes, the right side and center part of my nose is paining including my sinus points. Please tell me what to do. Should I be worried about anything?

I have noticed that I have tonsil stones and people near me tends to cover their nose, because bad smell coming from me. I don't want to do surgery .is there any other procedure available??

I got a hole in nose after sinus surgery will it heal on its own or my nose shape will get worse over time
