Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Have been diagnosed as patient of empty nose syndrome. Has the doctor done partial or total turbinectomy? It was done in 2019. Give me solutions . Attaching CT

Pain on one side of nostril only (no headache or facial pain) , and preference of sleep on one side when this pain occurs. This problem has been going on from a long time but earlier I just ignored because it happened sometimes & periodic but now it has been a frequent like once in 15-20 days. Is there any serious problem? If it is there, then what are the causes and treatment?

Hi sir last week i had acute pharangytis dr prescribed me amox cv 625 I hav done the full course of antibiotics From today morning I am having pus in right side tonsil red bumps on throat wall I pressed with finger pus came out i cleaned it Should I repeat the amox cv 625 course again or any other antibiotics Pain while swallowing no fever

Male 25 Seasonal asthma Having a seasonal asthma episode. Taking ab phylline, seroflo 250 inhaler, since 2 days. Nose was blocked so took otrivin nasal spray (I almost never need to use nasal sprays). Accidentally took 2-3 times at once, since I felt mist was not coming out. Now head, exactly above right eyebrow and at right temple is paining really badly. Although nose is clear. Is this pain temporary and caused due to otrivin?

My new is diagnosed in cect brain- pansinusitis and hyperneumatizarion of bilateral mastoids , does he need medication or is it more serious issue? Surgery?

I am sorry I often ask about this infection. Please forgive me. You all are the only ones I can share my fear with. I was near a small shop which had open drainage or sewage next to it. Suddenly a gush of strong wind came and I could feel water droplets on my mouth and in my nose, even though I was wearing a mask, but maybe because I was wearing it loose. I am very scared now. It's very difficult to avoid such situations with open drainages almost everywhere in our city of Gorakhpur in UP. What chances of infection are there? Does one have to like breathe in very heavily or even normal breathing can cause the amoeba to go up the brain? Or it's usually only possible when water is introduced in nose due to pressure like diving? I would be very grateful if someone can explain.
