Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I'm 25 male . Having symptoms of cold Runny nose , sneezing, burning in eyes and blocked nose in every 2-3 days without knowing any cause. Doctor advised me to do a test Total igl and I got the test result. Please tell me if my report is okay. What other causes be there for my symptoms Thanks

I had experienced loss of hearing in my left ear all of a sudden. Very little voice is coming, when I'm trying to hear from the speaker from my left ear all I can hear is that very little voice is too coming as if cracked wherein from the right ear it's perfectly fine. But I can hear the echo in my right ear when I speak of my own voice. How can all of a sudden this happen? There is no wax, all ears are cleaned , I never had any nose blocking, throat is fine.
