Hello doctor , suddenly for last 2weeks i am feeling something is stuck in my throat and chest , i have no symtoms of acid reflux and heartburn, 6 months back i was diagnosed with h pylori and duodenal ulcer though it got cured my doctor recommended to continue pantodac 80 for 6 months . So i am still continuing it , but this feeling of something stuck in my throat and chest is very frightening . I have no problem in taking food. Please suggest what to do

I had a bad episode of sinusitis with recurring allergies. Had two doses of antibiotics still no relief. Doctor asked for CT scan with following remarks REMARKS: * Soft Tissue Attenuations In Left Frontal, Bilateral Ethmoid And Right Maxillary Sinuses - *Chronic Rhinosinusitis. *Obliteration Of Bilateral Ostiomeatal Openings. *Mucosal Thickening Of Left Maxillary And Sphenoid Sinuses. *Mildly Deviated Nasal Septum. He advised FESS with septum correction. Also prescribed omnacortil Surgery, steroid or should I get a second opinion.

I suffered from sore throat and fever 2 weeks ago for which I was prescribed Tab Augmentin, now since morning I'm having pain in right side of throat since last night. Kindly help with this, is this serious? Should I take Tab Augmentin again? Kindly advise please.

I woke up today morning and took a very deep breath as was feeling tired from sleeping late. Just then I realised my sister was using the tap next to my room for washing something and I could feel droplets of water in my nose as the fan of my room runs at full speed and the window of my room is open as it has no door just grill. I am very very concerned that I might have ended up putting myself at risk. I understand N Fowleri amoeba is rare, but it's summer, the temperature is hot here and the water in our house is not chlorinated, but from underground boring. What chance is there that if infected water drops have fallen in my nostrils and I take a very deep breath in sleep, those water drops can go up deep in my nose or near the olfactory mucosa or nerves to cause an N Fowleri infection? Is there a risk and I have to wait and watch out for any symptoms?

I am aged 28 and have been diagnosed with mild sensorineural high frequency hearing loss of 30db. Is this worry some and having tinnitus from last *1month* along with it. Is it curable and reversible?

My nasal septum is deviated to left causing blockage of left nose. After using flomist for a month it became normal. I stopped using the spray. Once again after a month left nose is blocked. Can I again use flomist for long time?

Looking at my medical history, a long time ago I had pain on the left side of my chest, heaviness and stiffness, till the time I got treatment, ECG test was done, there was no problem, the doctor said acidity or Gas passed or I had the problem of piles long ago, after that just a few days ago I had a headache or a few times while swallowing. There used to be a problem too, there used to be heaviness and stiffness in the chest and blood used to come from the throat too, so the doctor said there was a throat infection and also told about tonsil problem and even now I have the same problem. When the cheeks are clear, very little blood is visible or there is a tightness in the chest at times.
