Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi Doctor, I am not able to eat anything since yesterday. There is throat redness, whitish spots on tonsils (seems like ulcers and unable to swallow anything because of inflammation). Tonsils are also swollen. It is getting worse day by day. Unable to move tongue in and out, it has some sort of white colour as well. Whole situation is around inflated tonsils. I am facing difficulties in talkings as well. I do not get tonsils oftenly. I have tried gargles, salt water rinse but isn't helping at all. Kindly Help.

I've been suffering from swollen lymph node since a month after recovering from cold and fever. And its painless yet bulgy to touch.. though a small pea sized node..What's the best method to get rid of such swelling ? I'm so worried about it.

From last 2-3 days had blood stains in mucus. General physician prescription is attached for the reference. After taking the medicine started sinus pain on right side of the face (eyes, nose) with eatery discharge form eyes accompanied with blood from nose and throat mucus. No fever.

Every night around 2-3am I get up with a runny nose, non stop sneezing and throat irritation. I am not sure how to cure this - I have take allergy medicine before sleep so that I sleep peacefully. But I have none of these symptoms throughout the day.

Suffering from bad earache. Even I have consulted a doctor and done my tests like SISI and PTA. Everything is normal but now don't know the reason. What should I do now to cure that ache?

I have been feeling ear pressure for the last 4 months, have visited ENT doctors differently, I have completed a course of antibiotics many times in the last 4 months , presently, from 8 nov to 22 nov I was talking cefuroxime 500 mg bd for 5 days Clarithromycin 250 mg for 15 days I observed after finishing the course of antibiotics ear pressure problems started and felt headache back front top patterns changes Ct scan PNS done Impedance audiometry normal Purtone audiometry normal Pls suggest

Should you stop drinking Alcohol with Cognix plus tablet prescribed for hearing loss??? What are the things to be avoided with cognix plus?

Last 2 days l am suffering from sorenes of throat,and throat pain,taken Azithromycin,but not reduced, having official meeting,need to give presentation,l unable to talk,what l have do doctor??

Dear Doctor My son age 7yrs got nose bleeding and this is repeating 3 months or 6 months for 2 days. It is observed when he blows and pricks his hand. Kindly suggest what treatment has to be given. And also his mucus in the morning was half yellow and half brown and black coloured. (is this normal) Regards Prashanth B

Dear Doctor, I have some cotton and would like to know how I can use it for noise cancellation at home. Are there any additional materials or techniques you recommend to make it more effective for blocking noise? Thank you!
