Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have anxiety about my health and my left ear has started ringing from 6 months ago.. is it curable or not .. what caused this issue to me. Can anyone help me with this ?! Please

My nose always blocked due to dns. Doctor suggested saline nasal spray nasoclear. Is it safe to use for longer period of time?
