Only hiatal hernia itself does not cause severe ear pain. You might need to undergo an Ear examination to look for the status of your ear drums and related ear structure to find out any other relevant cause for your ear pain.
Next Steps
Get your ear examination done early to find out the real cause.
Health Tips
Avoid pouring any type of OIL in the ear. Avoid using excessive pain killers.
