Can i take steam vapour regularly to get relief from rhinitis??
I do always have a blocked/ irritated nose, and my throat is alwys itchy, due to rhinitis, levocitrizine tablet cures these symptoms only for 2-3 days, then again i suffer with itchy throat, eyes, sneezing, blocked nose, etc.
Plz help me, i am complete frustrated, can i take steam vapour regularly to get rid of this itchy nose and throat?

Allergy can't be cured permanently.. So intermittent treatment is required.
