Cough and common cold started from 12 Nov.Due to exams initially ignored.Then increased at much fast pace. From 17 nov had cefixime tablets alongwith levocetrizine and paracetamol and cough syrup .After taking tablets twice a day fever reduced and temperature went to 98F.After that day again continuous 100 + fever is coming.Using cefixime 200 with 650 mg paracetamol twice.Fever reduces to 99.5-99.6 for 1 hour .After that it again increases to 100-101.Intense coughing despite using dextrometrophan for hydrobromide ,chlorpheramine, phenylephrine tablet tusQ-DT from last 2 days .And before that using same composition syrup

If the fever isn't reducing despite oral medication, it is better to get your blood investigation done like CBC with PS and fever profile to look for any other cause of fever along with change of antibiotics preferably injectable and a chest x-ray.
