Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

When i go to sleep or during the day i have much mucus in throat which i spit , when I lydown to sleep my nose gets blocked like i have cold and i clear my throat and sneezes and when i wake up for 1 hr its the same then automatically i become normal , i tried postnasal drip but it gets better but is not curing i had tb in past but not in lungs , does that have anything to do with it because im completely out of it and tb reports also were fine i had proper medication and now im healthy it happened two years back kindly help - my doc suggested lukotos hd

Is mucus is taken during endoscopy for mucus culture or not...then how do they diagnose what kind of sinus infection is present.what test should be done.

White watery material continuously flows from my ear. I have a habit of inserting ear buds . Sometimes, I feel  itching sensation in my both ears. Is it a serious issue.

Hello, My father 61 years having reoccurring ulcer in mouth from last 5 months, he has been taking medicines but ulcers not treated completely. Few of ulcers are remained active always. Is this an alarming situation? Who should we consult to treat permanent coz we are afraid if there is any chance of ulcer cancer ?

Hi, I'm hearing some sound in ear sometimes..not so loud so minute it's hearing like click sound..pls let me know why it's hearing like that..is this because of cold.i have cold too..or any other..

I was purchasing vegetables, when the vendor kept on swirling a wet plastic bag in air to dry it. I was wearing a mask but it was a bit loose on the sides. Even though he was 5-6 feet away from me I felt water drops on my face. As shop is close by I returned after 3-4 mins to my house but due to hot weather, I started gasping for breath as I closed my main gate. I tried to blow my nose to counter the gasping but kept on inhaling a few times before I could remove the mask and helmet. If any water droplets would have gone in my nostrils, can they due to the gasping, inhaling a few times and blowing nose at the same time cause the water droplets to get sucked up or go up to upper regions of my nasal passages or near the olfactory nerves to cause N Fowleri infection? Should I be worried? I am sorry for asking repeatedly about N Fowleri. This fear is affecting my life and you all are the ones I can trust . I feel embarrassed even asking now after taking many paid consultations too.

I had read that you cannot get N Fowleri by drinking contaminated water. My concern is that sometimes we may have to drink water that may not be chlorinated or may be infected like in rural area. So if I just drank contaminated water and blew my nose as soon as I drank it, can the water go up or be pulled up in the upper nasal passages near the olfactory nerves to cause an infection through postnasal drip or any other way? Can one get infection of N Fowleri like this if N Fowleri was by chance present in the water?

My mother is having issues in the ear. She has been  using a hearing aid for the last 1 year but now all of a sudden she is getting fluid from the ear and the doctor is suggesting for operation. The doctor is saying after the operation she will be able to listen properly. I am attaching her reports, kindly give your suggestions.
