Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Can you get N Fowleri infection if you have water in your mouth and you breathe in or blow your nose gently? Does the water travel to upper regions of nasal cavity and the olfactory nerves this way? The water we use here in our native place is not chlorinated and is drawn from own underground water connection from like 110-120 feet below using a Jet motor pump and stored in Overhead tank kept on terrace. It is summer and so am worried after reading about it.

I was fine till now but nowadays whenever i m smoking cigarette , i am getting throat pain while swallowing and having sore and itchy throat for next 2-3 days and getting normal. I am loosing bit of taste buds as well for sometime. And pain is on right of adam's apple. Is this something concerning ?? Do i need some examination or tests ?

I have a bad throat right now. I've been experiencing pain while swallowing food and even while drinking water. I've never had tonsils in my life before. What should I do? Because of my throat I was also getting fever though the temp remained around 99-100. Now the fever has subsided but the pain while swallowing is still there and my throat is bad. Please help.

Why while brushing teeth sometimes when I have water in my mouth and when I look up or just while breathing I feel as if water is going up my nose. Can water actually go up the nose to deeper areas when we breathe in and out normally, I mean not aggressively? I am worried about N Fowleri infection. Can a few drops in the nostrils that may splash on gargling go up the nose while breathing?

I started smoking 2years back. It was fine till now. but whenever I am smoking now, my throat is paining while swallowing food , saliva & water. I am having long time pain on right side of adam's apple and loosing my taste buds for sometime as well. My voice also gets scratchy when i smoke. Is this require medical consultant or quitting smoke will help ?? I usually smoke 1 cigarette a day.

I am 24years old . I got tonsils enlarged and also in the middle of the white spot I got. with a headache,body pain ,fever and ear pain. I got medicine from a nearby medical shop . I used the Azithromycin tablets for three days but the tonsils remain in an enlarged position and the white spot is also present . The ear pain , body pain and fever got fine. What I have to do.
