Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I brushed my teeth and gargled today accidently with water that is drawn from underground (boring) that we draw using motor pump and store in overhead tank. Some water drops splashed in my nose too. Can the water in my nostrils travel far up the nose and to the brain to cause infection when I breathed in while wiping my face with towel? Since we don't have a municipal connection like in Delhi, I get very anxious. I don't want to die like this that's why I fear so much. I will start using chlorine tablets once I get them delivered from Amazon.

Hello 🤗 Dr. My right side of tonsil is bigger than another side from last one year and sometimes I feel needle pain on right side of throat and ear. Is it normal or not?

My head spins only on movements from past 3 months if I suddenly getup from the bed or while i make head movement & doc prescribed me betavert. But it didnt help. I feel uncomfortable and confident level dropped while working out. If i move my head suddenly my head spins and i lose my balance. Should I take Stugeron 25mg? There is a small lump inside my neck just under the right ear. It is not visible from outside but can be felt with fingers. I got a throat USG done but no such lump was visible. It's completely painless and causes no disturbance. I completed 7 days course of antibiotics. Is it ok to leave it like that or do I need to do something?

I have pain behind the ear lobe .. ENT doctor examined and said there is no ear infection and gave painkiller but still the pain is not gone..
