Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello sir / ma'am, I am experiencing pain in throat from past 2 months. Seen various doctors, got my Laryngoscopy done ( which shows soreness in Larynx and Aretenoids, no ulcers). I never had acid reflux problem in my life. I have taken all antibiotics( Amox, Levoflox 750mg) Antacids syrup on doctor advise. But No relief. Only NSAIDs ( Aceclofenac ) provides temporary relief. Pls advise.

Hello doctor , My nose gets blocked while sleeping and just I stand up it gets open amd also at it starts watering in some time and  when I wake up in the morning i start a lot of sneezing. Please doctor give me some solution

I recently develped this brown patch on side of tongue no pain or burning but i am worried what these patches are is it serious like leukoplakia or cancer

Last week doc have informed to take azee 500 and montina L for middle ear fluid reduction , so that tinnitus will moved on , but still now it much reduce , please further medication to reduce tinnitus effect ,wind like noise hearing on the ears , quite irritate a lot and also reduce in my hearing ability

I have bump on plato phrangeal arch for mouth please help me what I can do. It is normal or serious .

Hello Dr. I am 21 year old . From last one year my right side of tonsil is bigger than left side, no problem in eating and drinking. Sometimes needle pain is experienced in throat and ear. No one is commenting whether it is normal or not. Is it normal?

Sir /mam i hve earache since 1 month i consulted a doctor he prescribed me amoxyclav and aphen sp, montelukast with fexofenadine ,azithromycin and nasal spray xylometazoline n mometasone but there is no significant relief in pain n heaviness... I hve throat  discomfort feeling cough... On examination TM is normal and slight DNS to left side... Pain is very sharp

Hello doc, My dad is suffering from CAD,DM,HTN And in previously also he had less content of water in the ear, Now he is complaining of hearing loss in right ear,vertigo, and sometimes confusion And he consumens zolpidem on sos basis. Does this tablet have anything to do with these complaints? Or should I consult ent/neurologist/psychiatrist? Is this serious?

Hi, doctor prescribed rhinomer sea water as a pre admission before giving nasonex spray. Can I use soslpre instead of rhinomer as pre admission as I am not getting rhinomer in India. Or any other suggestions for my 7 year kid.

Today while shaving my moustache, I had my hands wet and suddenly I started coughing and I put my wet hand on my mouth to stop it but I coughed and sneezed anyways and I could feel the water from my hands having gone in my nose. I tried to blow my nose after that. What chances are there that if N Fowleri was present in the water, it could reach far up in the nose and to the olfactory nerves in the brain to cause an infection (since it's water from underground that we draw using jet pump and is not chlorinated like the municipal water)? Have I put myself at risk? I am sorry I keep asking but I am very scared and but such incidents make me fear more. I have ordered NaDCC tablets which I will get next week.
