Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I always have to constantly clear my throat or else I can't speak as there seems to be mucus present always. I'm not sure what is causing this mucus but because of this, I am not able to speak properly also I feel anxious of that. Could this be due to obesity (I am obese). I have had thyroid problem (hypothyroidism) since puberty, I currently take 100 mcg thyrox tablet.

Had sore throat on weekends and drank alcohol,after two days tonsils started paining.,therefore took Azithromycin 500mg for 5 days ,it helped some what but not cleared completely.Then went to Doc and he gave Cefixime 200 (1,0,1) with Monticope and Zerodole for 5 days.My pain and symptoms completely went away on 1st day ,still completed the cource and the symptoms are not there.But from day 1 ,I have same swelling of tonsils ,it's not going down.Will it come back or I can get back to normal life.I haven't drank any cool liquid since 3 weeks and I am afraid it will return if I drink something cold.Pls Guide

Sir/Ma'am, Please suggest any ear decongestant as i feel the same is happening i.e clogged due to sinus pressure. Sometimes ringing is felt .Regards

Hello doctors, I had covid in 2021, after that I lost my smell.i already consulted many doctors but no results.i did MRI everything is fine there..I took steroid medicines,many nasal sprays but no results.please suggested something

I used to get mouth sores randomly but it disappears now i got sores small small as pin all these are joining together. Mostly i dont feel any pain since under my tongue. Its concerning me any issue or canker sores. Sores appear for last 2 days now joining together . Image for reference

Apparently i have some kind of sphere like cyst on the left of epiglottis, not visible normally but i can manipulate that area and push it a bit forward. Then it's visible. Like a pea sized thing. I am too afraid to visit local ENT as i am afraid of cancer. This thing has been there since more than a year and caused no symptoms. I am extremely scared as I have health anxiety. Please guide me. Attached a picture, i couldn't take a better picture cause it's difficult. Please guide me, i don't smoke or drink or eat tobacco. I am prone to allergies tho and have a history of throat infections since my childhood. What is the chances of this being cancer. I am crying badly out of fear :(

Several lymph nodes on left side of neck. lymph nodes are rubbery in nature and one of them is also causing pain. There is pain in throat without any fever or any other discomfort. Tosilis are also swelling. On Ultrasound it has been found that there cervical lymph nodes on sub mandibular region. On CBC lymphocyte level are 50. Taking antibiotic and anti allergic since 4 days but no improvement.

My age is 25 male I have undergone thyroid test do I have hypothyroidism TSH-1.5663 uu/ml TT3-65.06 ng/dl TT4-4.45 ug/dl

Yesterday I clean my ears from ear bud after that I put ear bud on my left ear and attend the call after that I forgot that ear bud is on my ear and gone to lay down on left side suddenly ear bud entered deep on my ears it starts little bleeding and severe pain.. Plz suggest what I should do..nd plz suggest some medicine if it's possible. . I'm sharing an image as well

I have been on medication last three days for viral and cold, however even after the medicine my coughing hasn't stopped and there's a lot of nasal bleeding from my right nostril. Coughing is also bad, unless I have cofsils or yogi kanthika I cannot stop coughing. This is the prescription I followed. Along with everything I am on medication for PCOD as well. Taking Chiroctive and Diane - 35. Started the course last month.
