Most probably you are suffering from Chronic Maxillary Sinusitis and have developed an accessory ostium which is causing the mucus back flow into your nasopharynx. You need to get a CT scan of your paranasal sinuses to confirm my diagnosis. If so you will need to undergo Endoscopic Nasal Surgery and unite the accessory ostium with the natural ostium which will normalise mucus flow anteriorly thereby restoring the nasal physiology.
