Lower throat pain
Since 7 days pain in lower throat centre near chest. Pain is constant but Increases on touching, sneezing coughing and swallowing and certain movement like tilting head back. Pain was tolerable earlier for 5 days but now became severe. What is this never experienced pain at this location and of this type? Please suggest what can be cause? I think pain decreases a bit after waking up in morning and increases as day passes till night
