Ear serous
I had my ear cleaned by a certified ENT doctor two days ago using warm water. Since then, my ear has been continuously producing serous (watery) discharge, with a little pain and tinnitus (ringing in the ear). How can this be treated.

Antibiotic,  antihistamines may be needed. Ciplox ear drops 3drops, 1-1-1×5days you can use. Keep ears dry. Consult
