Tympanoplasty
I underwent a tympanoplasty surgery on my left ears for two tiny holes. Surgery went successful no un eventful issues. After the 12th day I started getting belching and  belching became continuous and strong shakes the ears. Is this any concern to the graft and ear drum healing.

The pressure generated by normal belching is typically not significant enough to directly cause the displacement of the graft after 10 days. That being said, activities like forceful sneezing with mouth closed, coughing, blowing nose, lifting heavy object, which involve more intense pressure changes can sometimes have more of an effect. So better to avoid such activities.
Next Steps
Follow proper diet with high fiber food. Eat and drink slowly to reduce the incidence of belching and avoid carbonated drinks. you can take antacids.
