My baby fell on my nose
My baby while dancing, out of sudden fell on my nose and some sound occurred like something broken. There is no bleeding yet but small blood clot flown when I sneezed Also when checked internally trough torch some sort of swelling is visible inside nose. Also I am feeling somewhat uneasy. Is it something serious, should I go to doctor?

Yes u first do xray bilateral nasal bone lateral view it will show fracture is dere or not which is displaced or not Then go to doctor Do cold compression so dat swelling will decrease Rest take plain antibiotic And painkiller

How old is the baby? Was there any external swelling? How much was the blood loss? Also get an x-ray nasal bone done to rule out any fracture. Internal swelling can be a lot of things..septal hematoma or simply a turbinate hypertrophy.

X ray nasal bone you can take. Saline nasal drops, pain killer, antibiotic will help. Swelling will take time to reduce
