Blocked nose, cough body pain
Plz suggest an antibiotic for the symptoms for blocked nose, cough and body pain for 3 days. Amoxicillin gives me side effect of loose motion.

Tab cefuroxime 500 mg bd if you have fever alonwith above symptoms… Put xylometazoline nasal drops(0.1%) 2 drops three times for 5 days for congestion relief Steam inhalation 2-3 times a day
