Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

First my husband was feeling blockage in left ear from last 10 days... now he is feeling blockage and buzzzz sound in his left ear... there is no pain in ear...he is Riyadh right now... pls suggest some treatment as it is difficult to go to doctor in another country.

Half head pain since a month Did MRI brain doc gave nasal spray and steam Had no relief today did CT pns scan All reports attached Please suggest what is causing half head pain and uneasiness

My husband is in Riyadh right now and sometime he was facing blockage feeling in his left ear from some days now he is telling that is ear is feeling like blocked and some buzzzz sound is coming but there is no pain in ear nor he was having any cold issues. Please suggest some medicine as he is not in India.

Hello I have hypothyroidism issues ...eating 112mg and my problem is that whenever I take stress or I have gastric or periods or when I am too much hungry my head pains and sometimes full and sometimes half...and whenever it happens my left side of glands near ear or back side of neck or my head swells up. But it heals automatically.Its happening since 2013. As now i have been detected with sciatica I am going to physiotherapy and chiropractic clinic. So it's been 5 days that when I returned from the clinic on that particular day night I started to have pain on my back of head exactly the left side... But sometimes pain like that and sometimes heals and then again I felt due to gastric it again pains and my left side is little swelled up... I don't know what's happening. Please 🙏 help.

I have small perforation and it has ear discharge again and again and some time it hurts and some time only it has itching and now my other ear is paining and has discharge what to do

From last one year , I am hearing buzzing sound in Left year , some times like a fly , some times like wind passing . Also I have frozen shoulder problem in left side . Doctor advice me to sleep on right side but this ear sound doesn't allow me to sleep on right side . I went for hearing test which is perfectly OK . I tried soft music therapy but that helps at night only . Some times I even hears the last beep sound of ECG machine for at least 5 seconds. Pls advice treatment.
