I had chronic sinusitis I have antrochoanal polyp and do not want to get surgery because of its chances of recurrence. What are the best ways to shrink it of possible or would homeopathic treatment work?

So let me get this straight. You prefer living with a disease in full force rather than face 5 percent chance of recurrence? That’s sound logic. And steroid help allergic polyps not antrochoanal polyps. AC polyps are infective in origin. That means you harbouring infection in your sinuses which can complicate at any time What do you prefer? It’s up for debate ,

Ac polyp surgically removal is the best option. Nasal steroidal spray will give temporary relievement, which can not be used for many years. Other method of treatment are not helpful much
