Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having a dry mouth , and can feel small white boils in my inner cheeks but in the morning when I wake up it's smooth but later on the day it's rough again. I am having sleeping issues for the last 3months and wake up around 3 to 4am .My ear also starts itching during the night Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I am suffering from allergic rhinitis since last 3 years .        Allergens - unknoen Pls guide me.

Hello, I am feeling dizziness while turning from left to straight position or right to straight position. I am breastfeeding mother and I always breastfeed in lying position. I have had throat infection last week post which I got fever followed by extreme weakness in body. After getting my blood tests done my ESR came out to be 43. Please let me know if this is concerning or need further treatment.

Around 1 month ago I visited a marriage and when i came back i took a bath and slept.. after waking up i felt an irritation in the neck.. for a week i was suffering from sore throat.. then it got worse and i started coughing. Just one dry cough at a time. I have tried 3 cough syrups some antibiotics. It suppressed a little but its back again. It feels like There's like an itching inside my neck. Hi, For the past 10 days i have a feel that some thing stuck in my throat, while drinking water and eating food I am feeling fine, also I noticed that one tonsil is little big than other, also I have small white bumps on back of my throat, also I noticed there is a cut in uvulva. I have a kind of mild irritation on hard palate area for the past 20 days, also I'm having inflammation on throat while eating food. Is this serious?? Kindly give ur suggeations. Thanks in advance

Hello, my mother starts coughing post fruit/fruit juice consumption leading to severe pain in chest and lower abdomen. She is also suffering from joint pain and nerve stretching sensation. She has high bp as well. Few months back she was not able to speak as her vocal cords were swollen inside as mentioned by the doctor. Also, she has digestion issues.
