Do one course of oral antibiotics.

It could be due to any infection or inflammation in the throat.
Start Iron supplements tab Orofer Xt once daily along with Tab Vitamin C 500mg twice daily

get a Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology of the lymph nodes and consult an ENT specialist for the same
