Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My left nose is blocked at night during sleep due to dns. Is it possible to get sound sleep if left nose is blocked ?

Feeling heavyness in ear and feeling pain in eyes, when I use mobile on bed feel more pain. Also, whenever I stand up suddenly feeling dizzy.

I'm an 18 year old who used to smoke 4 cigarettes a day daily ans drank alot of alcohol, I only smoke 5 cigarettes for there days and 6 cigarettes for 1 day and 2 packs on 2 days. I only did all this for a year but quit. But now I have unhealed long lasting ulcers on tongue and white patches on side of cheeks and a painful lump on throat and under it plus I have sometimes shortness of breath but it's mainly because of chronic cough plus my lower lip has a dark patch in its upper part , I have visited 2 local docs and an ent doctor of 20 years experience but he said it wasn't cancer . My husband got a swollen cervical lymph node on right side of his neck from last 2.5 weeks. The node is painless, and moveable. No other symptoms or illness when the node appeared. From The doctor suggested FNAC, ESR, Montoux , and CBC tests. Reports are attached. Now from last 3 days, he is having white spots in his tonsils and pain while gulping. CBC report mentioned : Lymphocytosis with few activated lymphocytes FNAC mentions : Reactive Lymphadenitis What could this mean and what should be the treatment options ?

Hi Doctor I do have a problem snoring what's the best way to get rid of it .i have a running nose for one week so I took citrizin and dolo tablet most of the time my husband gives me complaints I do snore at night times i am unable to take breath through nose it's with mouth I am inhaling can you give me some suggestions what has to be done

I actually had tongue ulcers unhealed for 6 months plus they were occasionally painful. On cheeks inner I've developed white patches which once bleed . I have a buldged out voice box under my Adams apple which is painful plus I have developed another swelling under it between my esophageal and throat I guess which is also painful. I have also developed lymph nodes around my neck one which is big and not movable under my jaw and neck . I also have a shortness of breath but it's kinda improved by inhalation as I also have chronic cold and cough. I have also lost weight and sweat alot . However I have never spit or coughed up blood or excreted blood. I also have occasional ear pain. I used to smoke cigarettes 4-5 or sometimes lower daily plus I used to drink alcohol almost everyday for 1 year straight. I have quit everything though. I have also been to 3 docs one being an ent and it wasn't cancer but I still gotta check now as they are unhealed. please let me know what's wrong with me 😭

I have anxiety about my health and my left ear has started ringing from 6 months ago.. is it curable or not .. what caused this issue to me. Can anyone help me with this ?! Please
