Cough from 2 weeks
Hi Doctor, I initially had cold and then fever and cough. I took cetrizine and cold and fever is gone, but having cough from the 2 weeks. Please suggest what I can do. I am taking steam atleast once in a day and having benadryl syrup as well, but it is not helping.

Antibiotic and antihistamine medicine is needed. Dry or wet cough we hav to rule out. Avoid cold food intake

Hello. First you have to tell me whether it’s dry or wet cough? Do you have any chest pain or breathlessness?If it is wet cough then you need to get sputum tested and after that proper antibiotics need to be started
