With the little history you have provided there can be many reasons for your symptoms. Your headache can be related to a sinus infection which can cause post nasal drip leading to feeling of something stuck in throat. As a result when you tried clearing throat vigorously you had a little bit of blood with the mucous. Or else a septal spur impinging over the hypertrophied, congested turbinate can also lead to bleeding and headache.

Once get it checked in person Seems to be deviated nasal septum/sinus issues which cause post nasal drip
