Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a feeling of something stuck in the throat and it is going to be almost a month since I am suffering from this problem. I have taken up antibiotic course for it and medications like Maxtra P as per my ENT consultation. But I am not relieved with the lump feeling as it sometimes gives me gag reflex. I have orangish bumps in the back of the throat and the stuck feeling is felt near the adam's apple. I have undertaken hemogram test which gave my esr value as 25. My crp quantitative is 5.60 but my ige total is 1177.50. I don't think it is a case of strep throat as i dont have any swollen tonsils or fever or lymph nodes. Should I get a throat culture for this? What could be the reason for high ige? I am attaching a picture of my throat for reference.

Hi, Having caugh and cold as well as UTI  and just recovered from fever .I can't smell anything.Could you please confirm if it just a normal cold due to weather change.

My Father who is 58 was having Lunch and got the feeling that something stuck in throat. My son is having strep throat N is prescribed antibiotic amoxicillin 250mg/5ml - with 10 ml 3 times a day for 10 days. Is the dosage correct? Can I give it twice a day instead of thrice? What is the recommended dose. His weight is 19 kg and age 6 year

Last week i had ice cream, some freezed cakes and juices. I got cold severely my doctor prescribed antibiotics, cough syrup and steam inhalation. Now around a week i am getting thick mucus from nose and throat. No fever . Any concerns ?

My father is having a swelling on the face from inside the mouth , he is not even able to talk eat or swallow food or open mouth , he is a kidney patient also.

My daughter has allergy cold (nose Block)and enlarge adenoid momeflo was given 2 month and montair kid for 1 month .after taking montair kid her allergy is almost gone. And snoring is also reduced now one month course of montair is completed can it be taken again for 15 days as we are travelling

Dear Respected Dr's I have had pharyngitis and today I have seen 3-4 red round spots on my right sided pharyngitis, Is it some infection causing the multiple red spots or something serious... Suffering from throat pain since 10 days.when iam taking medicines it is ok but when I stopped iam having throat pain I first started using zifi 200 for 3 days and I stopped after 2 days again throat pain while swallowing again used same medication for 3 days and stopped after 2 days again throat pain while swallowing please suggest me proper medication
