Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

There were tonsillitis on left side of neck.there are multiple enlarged lymph nodes on maximum of 2.7 Cm on left side of neck in sub mandibular region. The infection of tonsillitis has been subsided most of the extent by regular intake of antibiotics however the lymph nodes are not subsiding.These are existing since last 20 days. As per CBC report lymphocytes level is 50.Absolute lymphocytes count is 3950 Cells/cu mm. As per ESR it is 38 MM at the end of one hour. As per Mantoux report the same is negative. As per FNAC report The geimsa stain smears from left cerrvical swelling are inadequate for opinion. 4 air dried smears recived for opinion and smears are homodiluted  and reveals only occasional lyphoid cells.No other representative cellular element seen in smears.No epitholiod cells/granuloma/parasite/malignant cell see in the smears studied. What exactly cause and how to cure it with medicine.

There are some tonsillitis on left side tonsils and there are multiple enlarged lymph nodes in left side of neck. The lymph nodes are rubbery in nature and not causing any pain. I have been taking antibiotics since 5 days tonsillitis started subsiding but lymph nodes are not getting normal. As per CBC lymphocytes level is 50. I have also done FNAC due to which there is swelling and pain on upper part of one lymph from 5 days.

I am facing fullness in the ear and when I put earbuds on my left ear , I feel loss of hearing or find it sensitive to the ears. Please suggest what should I do now

I was having some nasal congestion since a week, ent examined physically with scope said its nasal polyp. Asked me for ct scan. I know thats the next course of action but i am a hypochondriac and due to the health anxiety i keep overthinking that what if the ct scan will show something sinister like cancer and as a result i am continuously delaying it. I want to cry so badly for being such a coward. But the fear of cancer is too much for me. Please guide me doctors :(

Hell sir/maam, please give me your some valuable time and help me. My father's inner/middle ear bone is damaged. That's why my father feels uncomfortable when air hits my his ear. 6 months ago he takes some medicine but these are no useful 😢. He is 54 years old. Is it serious? What should he do? Please suggest

I've been facing tonsillitis for the last 6 days, and I consulted an ENT specialist. She also gave me some medicines, which are Pantop 40, Amoxyclav 625, and Zerodol P. I took them for 3–4 days and still am not getting any effects, even though I am not able to swallow the saliva. So what should I do now? And my tonsils are too swollen, which means they are touching each other from their sides. I tried some home remedies too, like honey with black tea, haldi milk with ginger, and more. Can you give any cure or by which it can easily shrink to its original position? And one more thing, I think there are some whitesh kind of thing on there, not stone but just a layer.

I feel like clearing my throat frequently throughout the day. I drink warm water fluids it gives relief for some time but again I feel that there is mucus collected in my throat which I keep on clearing. I am wearing aligners and my mouth remains dry because of that. There is no soreness no itching no pain no lump feeling. It only feels like mucus is there and I need to clear the throat ( gala baith Gaya hai)
