Having sore throat body ache mild fever
Hi sir i am having pharangytis since 5 days trouble swallowing mild fever body aches neck pain upper back pain fatigue headache Dr. Prescribed zifi cv 200 mg twice day Panbit dsr twice a day bf food Dolo 650 twice thrice a day Minolist F once at night And done blood work CBC and denge test report attached Its a viral or bacterial infection I am taking this prescribed medication from 2 days should need to change antibiotics or its fine plz help

You most probably have a viral pharyngitis based on your symptoms.As you have already started antibiotics,full course needs to be taken.Can add b complex tablets for your fatigue.Continue other tablets as well.It can take upto a week for the symptoms to subside.if symptoms are worsening then antibiotic needs to be changed.
