Eustachian tube dysfunction ,tinnitus
So,I have gas and bloating and also the above problem as well.Doc suggested me to use otrivin oxy nasal spray for clearing eustachian tube,3 times a day for a week. And also gave other tablets for gas and bloating. Is it necessary to use this spray will it make other tablets not work well if I don't use it? I don't have severe congestion, except runny nose and cough.I think 3 times a day is too much, and the label says to use nose spray for only 3 days ,1-2 times.I already skipped one day,and today I used only once in the morning and I feel uncomfortable.I also last  used anxiety meds before July 6,will these tablets and spray interfere?

Spray or drops do not affect with anxiety medicines But corticosteroid nasal spray will be better for relieving nasal blockage and eustachian tube problem than using otrivin Try doing valsalva maneuver 8-10 times daily and steam inhalation
