  4. Tinnitus problem. Is 18 please guide me.

Hello mam/sir I have b/l tinnitus problem since 2 years ,no any comorbidities,no others symptoms, PTA/audiogram is normal , on ct pns : maxillary sinusitis present, yesterday I did mri brain : showing fazekas grade 1 changes in white matter, so neurologist advised me ana immunoblot: showing SCL 70 positive value is 18 Please guide me .
