Idk whats the problem
When i go to sleep or during the day i have much mucus in throat which i spit , when I lydown to sleep my nose gets blocked like i have cold and i clear my throat and sneezes and when i wake up for 1 hr its the same then automatically i become normal , i tried postnasal drip but it gets better but is not curing i had tb in past but not in lungs , does that have anything to do with it because im completely out of it and tb reports also were fine i had proper medication and now im healthy it happened two years back kindly help - my doc suggested lukotos hd

You might be suffering from chronic sinusitis.Need to examine and do a nasal endoscopy to confirm.Treatment would be a course of antibiotics and nasal steroids.If not subsiding even with that,will have to get a CT done and surgery if needed.
