*Symptoms:* no pain while eating things sometimes the sore feeling comes if eating something sharp or something that is touching that part Present from 17 days Medicine: applying clenora gel tds from 6 days(no improvement) *History* : No history of such ulcers in previous years *Any related condition* :my upper incisor is  grossly decayed tooth and  sharp which doesn't touch my tounge  conciously (subconsciously may be sometimes,not frequently I was having a filling which was de attached but now I will get that too ,the crown treatment *Dietary concern* : frequently eat egg, chiken Do not eat vegetables much🙃
