I have white patches which are hard and non removal in mouth near lower wisdom tooth.I have my wisdom tooth removal 2 years before.I smoke and drink.I have attached photos.Please suggest if its serious or not

Only my LEFT NOSTRIL is always closed and i have Mild cold, Mild runny nose everyday and when i touch or rub my Nose i get sneezing 🤧 i  sneeze like 10 times continuously when i touch my nose ... .. .. and everyday i sneeze nearly 50 times, when i wake up or after taking bath or sometimes randomly....i only breath through right nostril 90% of time ... .. I'm suffering since two 2 years 😞 what could be the problem, is this deviated septum? when i use nasal spray it temporary gives relief 😞 also when i do excercise my left nostril opens and after exercise it closes like always 😞

I have very mild throat pain while swallowing and enlarged tonsils. Today i found a white spot. And my right side lymph node is very painful and swollen under the jaw. Doctor has given cepodem xp325 for 5 days along with chymoral forte. Is the lymph node swelling common? I am afraid now. Pls advise.

Hi   have took PNS xray yesterday and consulted ENT doctor... He said i have lite frontnal sinus... But he only prescribed estavin plus.5mg at bed time and furamist AZ nasal spray... As i have little anxity and sleep issues... But no medicine given for sinus.. I am feeling head dizziness and pressure behind nose and eyes.. I don't have any cold or mucus... Pls any one suggest sinus tablets... 🙏

I have head pain frequently sometimes whole head sometimes half, now when i wake up from sleep also, I also have cold allergy frequently, and sometimes tingling in ear like its going to throat, sometime nose block, itchy eyes, but head pain causing more trouble. My head ache when i am in sun or directly air on my face, plz help.

Hello doctor, Since last night I am facing ear pain first I used home remedies but pain decreased for some time again started pain from today morning water like substance coming from ear I used ciplox eye/ear drops pain decreased but I feel inside ear something there and paining slowly.how to overcome from this ? I didn't have any ear problems I cleaned my ear cleaner days ago I think because of that I am facing this problem Please help me regarding this Thank you
