Ulcers in mouth and tongue

Asked for Female, 56 Years

Having lots of ulcers in mouth on all sides and also on and below the tongue since many years. It increase in summers and reduce in winter season. It is very painful and burns when I eat anything. Please help what to do? What tests can be done to detect the cause of ulcers? Vitamin b12 normal Vitamin D low Haemoglobin 8.4 Taking iron, vitamin c, calcium d3 and revital daily Please help
