Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello Doc, Today I was cleaning my daughters ear with ear bud but somehow she got disturbed when I inputed earbud and after sometime slight bleeding came. There is no heavy or continue bleeding. Also she is able to hear properly, what shall I do is it something to be worried?

My eyelid has been swollen for almost 2 or 3 days. First 2 days it was a bit small but on the 3rd day it was starting to block half of my vision on my left eye. 1st day: Swollen eyelid but not red, its a bit tender though. The thing that was red was the sclera. 2nd day: Same with 1st day but I tried to put some ice on it. 3rd day: It worsened and continues to swollen. Half of my left eye's vision is getting blocked. Its also kind of hard to open it. Can someone help me? What should I do to lessen the swelling of my eyelids?

Have been to office party ,since then I developed a soar throat I don't have any other symptoms but soar throat, unable to swallow anything. I took pain killer dolo 650 , will get relief only when tablet is taken, Please suggest any medicine for this pain Thanks Kailash

I have allergic rhinitis.usually can manage with antihistamines. One month back I had a viral infection,cold and cough. After one week other symptoms subsided but having sinusitis. In spite of taking antihistamines regularly,one nose is blocked permanently with phlegm and an itchy throat causes cough. How to cure this. Pl advice Sleeping is difficult with constant cough. Keeping head raised also not helping much.

Which is best antihistamine fexofenodine or bilastine? I am suffering from allergic rhinitis. Doctors given me bilastine 40 ? Is it high dose? Another problem is acid reflux. It comes at food pipe? What is the best solution?

From last few months after eating something i felt that little got stuck in my throat or sometimes it feels scratchy for few minutes.And this symptoms developed once I got ear infection due to sinus and I used lot of nasal drops. And this problem started right after that . While eating big meal there is no issue but if I take some small bites it feels more. Please suggest.

She experienced sudden vertigo and vomit 17 days ago. Then after that the vertigo feeling and vomit last for two days. That time she took stematil medicine and feel well. After 3-4 days she is again feeling drizzy. She has no problem in her eyes. Doctor suspected spondylitis but the X ray report shows no problem. Now she is taking vertin 16 prescribed by doctor and having drizziness when lying down.
