Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi i have done CBC and A E C COUNT CBC was normal but esinophills count was 898 If i drink anything cold or smell cooking time when my mom frys anything I get sneezing Ent has diagnosed allergic pharangytis n allergic rhinitis my nose is always blocked Which blood test should I do for allergy I hav done total esinophills count which was high Any other blood test for allergys Plz recommend me the test

I have this Post Nasal Drip issue which causes a dry cough. I cant sit much in AC or face cold AIR. Is there a solution to all this. I dont get dripping from my nose. But there is a slow drainging of it through to throat. Which causes me this unwanted coughing. I want to know what could be the reason for non dripping through nose ??

In my laryngoscopy + nbi report, it's showing that I have left vocal code leukoplakic changes.  Doctor has prescribed me Deltanol medicine to take. I am attaching my report here. Please let me know if it's looking serious ? It's thin or thick leukoplakic? It's homogeneous or non homogeneous leukoplakic? Please help 🙏

I have sneezing 1 day every week . I have allergic rhinitis and my ige is 580 . I take bilasure when i have sneezing which helps. I also avoid allergens . Is bilasure safe and will my allergies becomes less when i grow up.

Doctor I am having swollen cystic lymph node in my neck. The size is small 4*2mm. It is just there and not palpable. Just that I got a usg done today and the size is 4*2mm.. 4 months back when I had done USG the size was 5*6mm but this time the size has decreased and is small. I DON'T have any symptoms similar to TB like weight loss, night sweats , no problem.. just that the Lymph node is there .. doctor is there anything to worry about it?? Or leave it as it is??

Hi On April 3rd I had fever 100.5 c , running nose and continuous sneezing and sore throat visited doctor, was prescribed with 1. Dolo 650 2. Zifi cv 200 3.zyr cold tablet for 3 days , 3 days completed No fever but my throat pain has increased with no improvement unable swallow, please advise

Hello doctors. Many years back in 2020 I took one supplement strawberry flavour after which I got unbearable body pains for months Issue got solved that time only. Now in dec  2023 i mistakenly took. One expired tablet which  has somewhat strawberry flavour after which I got same symptoms of body pains. Using b12 injections. The problem is each time I smell some fruits/ icecream  strawberry flavour I am getting same body pains which last for few days and dizziness. This is happening since many months. I am using mask when I go out and facing difficulties. Please advise as how to solve this problem and which type of doctor should I see . Can this be solved

Left vocal code leukoplakic changes with chronic pharyngitis . Doctor has prescribed me high antioxidant medicine Deltanol and pan d capsule. And doctor is telling me that it will be cured permanently and soon. I want to know that I will use antioxidant or I will go for steroids? I have low risk leukoplakic or high risk leukoplakic? Finally is it possible to reverse leukoplakic naturally with time without surgery ! Thanks in advance 🙏
