Hi doctor I'm 34 male recently I had test done for thyriod t3 t4 normal tsh is 21 I'm taking thyronorm 50 my height is 5.7 and weight is around 68 I look thin my hands legs are very thin for my age how can I gain more muscle ... because i feel im loosing muscle and my bones hurts alot lifting small weight my vitamin is 30 so I'm taking vitamin capsule 60000 iu each for a week kindly help me with gaining muscle can I lift weights going to gym and my nearby doctor told my absorption is not good whatever I eat is not absorbing so how to improve this please help

Your absorption might be defective.that might be the main cause for elevated tsh even taking high doses of thyronorm.
