Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

What is the white flaky thing on my 6 month old baby's left ear. Daily I clean but it appears eventually. Please suggest

I have a left side stretch from collar bone with the throat pain. When I move my head I hear a sound in the left ear. When I swallow with the head downward i hear the bone sound. Also my jaw is painful. And had eye infection so took the antibiotics course of three days but it is still not recovered.

Local Doctor pescribed me cestrazine for 20 days once at bed time.Is it ok? And when I was taking antibiotics twice a day for 5 days I was fine but afther stopping antibiotics iam having headache and nose pain

I got azithromin 500 3 day dose, crocin and ceflox ear drops from pharmacy and started..but the pain become unbearable at night and iam crying with pain..can.i get any name of proper pain medication and dosage so that I can tolerate pain.crocin is not working..

My son having fever since 8 days with runny nose and cough, sore throat .doctor prescribed Azithromycin 200mg twice for 3 days and pcm but no improvements, fever starts with shivering and hand and feet cold.

I m 31 yrs old 87 kg female I had fever first 5 days due to tonsillitis and i took ofloxacin 200 mg for 2 days cefixime 200 mg for 2 days and cefuroxime 250 mg for 2 days fever after doctors advice infection is much in control i did fever pannel which came normal blood present in urine since i am on my periods but otherwise only issue is sgot level is 42.9 can you suggest if its due to fever and medication or a jaundice
