In Allergy rhinitis, Is Nasal spray ,Antihistamine and anti igE tablets are the last option of treatment. What if these get resistance by body after regular use. Then what we do

11th March did nasal bone surgery. Just doctor moved the bone. 15th March nasal package removed. Now last 3 to 4 days feeling numbness in fore head. Is this normal? It will be alright . Need to be consulted doctor. Please tell me the reason for forehead numbness. And can I now start sleeping on any postion?? As of now I slept on my back in a elevated position of head. How to correct the forehead numbness???

Hello, I am angioplasty done in June 22. Taking deplatt A75 at night and cardivas 3.125 twice daily. My left ear has problem like it has dried puss, it smells when a finger taken out. Also this ear has less hearing. Also there is fear that I can't walk a long distance and I may loose balance (I could walk. at morning I do walking @35min with brisk walk 20min.) My right ear is absolutely ok.kindly let me know the reason behind this.

I have cold from past few days. Today when I blow out my nose for clearing there was some drop of blood in the mucus. I am totally panicked. It was from my left nose. But after, whenever I clear my nose or throat no more blood drop had come. But it is coming some drop of blood from past few days from the right side of nose. It was coming some drop of blood in mucus from nose eventually at morning or any time of day, but for 1 time. In the middle, 4-5 days it was not coming. But now it was coming as I have too much cold or mucus inside. Plz suggest something...

Hello Doctors, My 14 year old son is coughing more than five weeks. He had cough and strep throat initially and finished amoxicillin antibiotics. Cough didn't go away after the antibiotics. Did chest X-ray and found all clear. No sign of wheezing. Later they said he has minor ear infection. Now on Amoxicillin clavunate. It's almost 8 days after new antibiotics . He still have cough without mucus with loud noise. He coughs a lot in the morning until lunch time. He get few hours break after that. Again from 5 he starts cough until 1 am midnight. His cough is loud without any mucus. He is getting constant throat pain due to cough . What are the diagnosis we should do at this stage? I did only X ray. Is there any other tests we can do to figure out what's causing these cough? It's making him miss too many school days loosing sleep. I am badly in need of some expert advise on what can be done. Getting fever 104.6 and extreme sore throat after i went vridnavan and played holi. Doctor told me to eat amoxicillin and it got verse after that i went to another doctor he advised me azithromycin plus paracetamol. After that i went max at 3rd day they told me its normal viral high fver and replaced pcm with dolo. Is it normal to have 104.5 fever.

My mother gets blood from her nose every week once and red fresh blood with smell and it ill flow around 10 drops and does it cause any problem? What should be done for that
